Shari joined the Rincker Team in April of 2017, and has been with Waddell & Reed for 16 years. Prior capacities include Quality Control for the Books and Records Initiative, District Administrator for the Mokena Branch office, and Administrative Associate Supervisor. She has an extensive customer service background and brings with her 39 years of administrative experience.
Shari enjoys her role as Advisor Assistant to the Rincker Team and is a strong collaborative partner and dedicated team member. She specializes in groups that engage in personal finance and provides professional support for continued success with each of the Rincker Team member's practices.
In her spare time, Shari’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband David, her children Jared, Jacob, daughter-in-law Wissem, and extended family and friends. She is an avid gardener and enjoys traveling, trail walking, biking, and hiking.
